(hereinafter, CDTI), a Public Business Entity dependent on the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, with its registered office at C/ Cid, nº4, 28001 Madrid, Tel: +34 91 581 55 00, and with Tax ID number Q 2820010 C.
CDTI informs you that access to and use of the website https://www.catalogogics.cdti.es and all subdomains and directories included under it, as well as the services or content that can be obtained through it, are subject to the terms outlined in the "General Conditions of Use of the Website".
Furthermore, in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as well as Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, we inform you about our "Privacy and Data Protection".
General Terms of Use of the Website
In compliance with Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, this legal notice establishes the terms and conditions of use that regulate access to and use of the website https://www.catalogogics.cdti.es (hereinafter, the site or website).
CDTI will not be responsible for personal data provided by individuals under 18 years of age without the authorization of their parents or legal guardians. In the case of being under 18 years old and lacking such consent, CDTI will not provide its services or manage any requests and/or petitions.

In general, the services and contents offered through the page will be available in Spanish, without prejudice to the possibility, at CDTI's discretion, to access them in other official regional languages, as well as in another language spoken in the European Union.

CDTI reserves the following rights:

Exemption and Limitation of Liability of CDTI
CDTI is exempt from any liability for damages of any kind in the following cases:

For the processing and subsequent use of personal data carried out by third parties unrelated to CDTI, as well as the relevance of the information requested by them.

CDTI shall not be responsible for delays or failures in access and/or functioning of the services and/or contents of the website due to a Force Majeure event. Duration
Access, content, and services offered through the site are, in principle, of indefinite duration. Entire Agreement
These general conditions contain all the terms agreed upon by the parties in relation to the subject matter thereof and any previous statements, commitments, or promises, whether verbal, written, or implied, relating to the subject matter of these conditions shall be considered non-existent.
The fact that either party does not enforce, at any given moment, compliance with any of the conditions established in these general conditions or, where applicable, the particular conditions regulating the use of a specific service and/or content intended for users of the website, cannot be interpreted by the other party as a waiver of the right to enforce compliance at a later time.
