UPC provides industry with access to a broad range of advanced research capabilities, laboratories, specialized equipment, and scientific-technical services covering engineering, materials, energy, digital technologies, manufacturing, and industrial systems. Its infrastructures support experimental testing, characterization, modelling and simulation, prototyping, validation, and technology development, enabling companies to address complex R&D challenges and accelerate innovation from research to industrial application.
Summary of Research Services
The Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) offers industry access to a broad network of specialised laboratories, research infrastructures and scientific-technical services. With more than 80 infrastructures and a wide portfolio of specialised services, UPC provides companies with access to advanced equipment, technical expertise and research capabilities across engineering, materials, manufacturing, energy, aerospace, electronics, digital technologies, biotechnology, construction and environmental sciences.
