With a consolidated industrial sector in this field, Spanish companies are willing to play a major role in the future, pushing forward technological breakthroughs.

 

This website has been developed by CDTI Innovación, the Spanish innovation agency and ILO of the main Big Science research infrastructures in which Spain participates, with the collaboration of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities and INDUCIENCIA, the Spanish Technology platform


The catalogue also has a dedicated section for the Spanish Big Science research infrastructures working in the domains of astronomy, particle physics and fusion. These research infrastructures are included in the Map of Unique Scientific and Technical Infastructures managed by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.

The catalogue contains detailed information about more than 100 Spanish industies with proven experience working as a supplier for Big Spanish facilities, a significant amount of which are SMEs. Each company profile features a general descriptions of each company,  information about its previous contracts with Big Science research infrastructures and relevant R&D projects, as well as the certificactions and other market segments in which the company is present.

Spain hosts a powerful network of research infrastructures, most of them included in the Map of Unique Scientific and Technical Infastructures managed by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities. These facilities develop cutting-edge and top-quality research and act and foster knowledge transmission, exchange and preservation, transferring technology and promoting innovation.
